Heartspring Pediatric Services contracts with most major insurance companies and/or provider panels such as:

If your insurance company is not listed, please feel free to call us or contact your insurance company directly to see if our staff would be considered in or out of network for your policy.

Some insurance companies do not consider all services a covered service and/or medically necessary for all patients.  Benefit of insurance and level of coverage are subject to contract provisions for the individual client.

Co-payments, self pay and financial assistance payments are due at the time of service. The members of our business office will work with you and your insurance and are happy to answer any questions you may have about your statements.

Through generous donations Heartspring Pediatric Services is provided the opportunity to extend financial assistance to children in need of therapy. All inquiries are considered. If there is an inability to pay for services, if insurance is denied and/or insurance has covered the maximum benefit, you may be eligible for financial assistance. Financial assistance qualification is based on gross income, number of members in the household, and how many therapy sessions are needed. This scale was developed based on federal poverty guidelines.
